This was a new build on an existing site where the original barn was too far gone to rescue. The new build retained the original barn style, wooded cladding to the existing (repaired)dilapidated brick and block structure with a new clay tiled roof and the interior completely fitted out using a very high standard of fittings and fixtures to present a nice compact living space.
Detail showing the new wooden cladding which gives the building its and unique distinct look.
The build was undertaken in May 2010 and completed in early 2011.
